Ball & Co Decorating offers all aspects of decoration from preparation,
including dustless sanding to using the finest paints and wallcoverings.
We have extensive knowledge of the industry having worked on projects
including multi-million pound new builds and residential homes working alongside some of the finest interior designers.
Meet The Team
Michael
Michael brings over 35 years of experience in the decorating industry, working closely with interior designers, home developers, project managers and private clients across a wide range of projects.
As the owner of the company, he takes pride in maintaining high standards of workmanship and delivering a professional, reliable service to every customer. His extensive knowledge and attention to detail ensure every project is completed with care.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys playing golf, walking his dog Duke and supporting his football team.
Lee
Lee joined the team in 2020, bringing over 30 years of experience. After completing his apprenticeship, including Advanced Craft, he spent 12 years working for a construction company, contributing to high‑quality projects across London and the Home Counties.
With an eye for detail and expertise in hanging wallcoverings, Lee takes pride in delivering a refined finish on every project. Outside of work, he enjoys gardening, fishing, reading history books and supporting his football team.
Daniel
Daniel joined the team
after completing his full
apprenticeship in 2016,
bringing with him a strong
foundation of knowledge
and practical decorating
experience.
Since then, he has
continued to develop his
skills across a variety of
painting and decorating
projects, taking pride in
producing a neat,
professional finish for
every customer. Outside
of work, Daniel enjoys
watching films, visiting
theme parks, connecting
with other gamers and
spending time at his
family allotment, where he
has recently discovered a
passion for growing his
own fruit and vegetables.
Alex
Alex began his decorating
career in 2015, gaining
valuable hands-on
experience while working
alongside his uncle’s
building company. Since
joining our team in 2018,
he has continued to refine
his craft, bringing care,
precision and a highquality
finish to every
project.
With a professional yet
approachable manner,
Alex takes pride in
delivering work that not
only looks beautiful, but is
completed with attention
to detail from start to
finish. Outside of work, he
enjoys travelling, theme
parks, socialising, gaming
and football.
